Baldo Minaudo studied Urban Planning and Sociology at the University of Toronto, graduating with a degree in Urban Economics. His thesis was in Urban Housing Sub-Markets by which he accurately predicted the degree and timing of appreciation in the Toronto condominium market in the years that followed.

After starting and running a successful home solutions business he returned to school to pursue entrepreneurial studies, economics and international business, graduating with an M.B.A. degree from Schulich School of Business at York University. Upon graduating he worked in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble on the Downy Fabric Softener brand. Baldo left to become a partner in a boutique merchandising services provider, which he helped grow to the second largest outsourced merchandising force in Canada within two years. He then joined Bank of Montreal in the Executive Management Training program beginning as a Financial Analyst, then moving to corporate and commercial lending with both personal and commercial limits and within 4 years being the global Product Manager for international Trade Finance Services globally.
Over his career, Baldo has been involved with starting, financing and/or growing hundreds of businesses from shoe-string start-ups to billion dollar ventures. In addition to his passion for business ventures, he has been a property manager for a portfolio of real estate investment properties in Toronto.
As a Toronto-based Real Estate Sales Representative with Real Estate Homeward Brokerage at the Toronto Beaches, Baldo uses his extensive experience in the corporate world to help his clients build wealth through starting, buying or investing in business or real estate. His strong research, analysis, strategic and negotiation skills have proven useful in helping his clients negotiate the best prices and terms for their real estate deals.
