There are several things I look at when I evaluate a completed deal. The most important of which is my client’s satisfaction and what they have to say.
I received a testimonial from one of my clients which made my way. This wonderful couple with their young children, wanted to move into a premium neighbourhood, close to high-ranking school, on a quiet street, near a park, with a friendly atmosphere and lots of young families. In Toronto’s current Seller’s market, full of foreign buyers, flippers and eager families resulting in aggressive bidding wars, this was no easy task!
